The service was really good and the place was clean however I ordered a burger and it tasted really strange, didn't eat the rest after the first bite.

Service was great- very quick but restaurant was busy. Waitress was efficient and friendly. Welcome was nice. Salad bar was well-stocked and nacho starter lovely. We shared the ultimate rib roundup. Both unfortunately felt ill shortly after - stomach cramps, needing the loo repeatedly. My symptoms came on quite soon, whereas my husband was ill the next day. The ribs did taste a bit odd but we enjoyed the rest of the meal so didn't say too much and left most the ribs. I called today to discuss with the manager and unfortunately the reception I got to my concern was very blunt and uncaring. I was told that it couldn't be food poisoning if I'd become ill within the hour - I've researched this and you can get symptoms very soon after consumption. I was told I'd be contacted about this further. I was disappointed at how the situation was handled and felt I was accused of not being truthful. It's a shame as we had a nice time but now don't feel like returning.

I ordered a burger and it was a huge disappointment. The patty was completely burnt and extremely dry, making it almost inedible. On top of that, my order was incomplete. When you order food, you expect it to be properly cooked and complete—after all, it’s meant for eating. This was a very frustrating experience.

I waited for a mixed grill and arrived In 15 mins! Which a was great time to be honest! Only to be disappointed that the chicken was missing and the mushroom. No staff mentioned anything so I asked why these items were missing! They was quick to get it sorted! Then I was greeted with black chargrilled mushroom! Disgusting! So I kindly asked for it to be replaced. Then I had a bowl of mushrooms offered which were all black and burnt! Obviously chefs don’t take pride in their cooking or have very few skills to even cook a mushroom so it’s not burnt!.
The manager wouldn’t even come and speak to me at the bar and the staff didn’t know what to do! I just asked for a refund which was granted. Worst place for food! Avoid!

Our server Zoe was fantastic especially with my 7yr old daughter she must of picked up that she was autistic and involved her in every step of order getting down to her level and asking her what she wanted to also letting her press the tablet and tell her that she had just sent her order to the kitchen to be made. Zoe was interacting with my daughter all the way through out meal up until we left and giving an extra treat of sweets as we was leaving.
Zoe is a fantastic member of staff at the harvester and if we come again will request Zoe as our server

Popped in on the off chance. The ladies who took you to your seat were rude, and even though there was a table available, she made some excuses about not sitting there. It was in the way. But other people sat at the next table. Also, she started to say the food would take a long time to come. She walked off, so we walked out. We were very hungry, so we would have sat anywhere

We stopped going to Harvesters about 5 years ago as the prices were increasing, but the food quality and portions were really poor.
So we decided to see if it changed, if this branch is anything to go by, we we pleasantly surprised. Great service, brilliant new menu and the food was really good quality and huge portions... had a really good experience. Looks like Harvester listened to its customers

This Friday night 15th Februar ir was our Friend's Birthday, We went for a meal at the dog pub near Redditch.
The food was really lovely. The young Lady who was looking after us was Called Tonii we were all impressed with her professional, attentiveness approach to serving us and other's. We all had a lovely night and would like to thank Tonii again.

Me and my family (My mrs and 15month old baby daughter) entered the Harvester and asked if a table was available with a high chair, the lady was very nice and greeted us and told us although there were no tables in the restaurant area we could still sit at a table towards the bar area and order food either using the app or at the bar, we tried using the app but had a payment issue so we decided to order at the bar. So after around 15 minutes sitting at a table, my mrs went to the bar and tried to place the order for us, I was going to have Scampi and Chips and a pint of lager and because of the lager they asked her for ID, to which she presented her ID which is legitimate. Unfortunately because she has a European ID and isn't from England, they denied us service and she was a little upset at the way they took it away to the back room before returning with a manager to refuse the order. What a joke, they could clearly see we had our daughter with us and I had driven to the location (I AM 38 years OLD and in the past I've been a local to this pub), we went to another pub instead and had food (and a beer) without any issues

Went for a valentines meal yesterday had two waitresses Harriet and Tonii and received the best service I could ask for, they knew exactly what they were doing. Food was delicious went for the double skewers with a side of mac and cheese which I couldn’t finish. But I couldn’t resist being offered a desert menu so I had a Lemmon blizzard which was honestly beautiful.
